Who Am I

I am an Artist. I have always struggled to feel worthy enough to call myself an artist, but one of the glorious blessings that come with age is self recognition and identity. Realization that my worth and identity and the quality of my art is not determined by anyone else but myself. I create to create. Because my soul longs to create. To quote one of my favorites; “People like you must create. If you don’t create, Bernadette, you will become a menace to society.”-Maria Semple, Where’d You Go, Bernadette

My three loves outside of my husband and children are traveling, photography, and art.

My passion is to capture the true person or place and the heart of the moment.
